(Graphic operation on the frames)

This control applies graphic functions to a single frame or a group of frames.

Much of this laboratory's functions and controls are also described in the Tutorial "Frames from AVI" LAB.

To activate this control from the menu: "Movie" select "Graphic operation on the frames"

The first thing that you’ll have to do is to load the frames using the menu "File"

Click with the mouse on the corresponding button to select a graphic function to apply.

When the function is activated the button becomes yellow and the controls for the selected function become visible.

To see the preview of the applied graphic effect to a series of frames, use the "Test" button in blue.
If you want to see only the frames without graphic operations applied select the button "No Op"

The series of frames is selected by Spinbuttons. The Start and the End of the series is visible in the input boxes.

To apply the graphic effect you’ll have to use the "Apply" button.

Attention: once the effect is applied it is not possible to cancel the operation.

For greater safety create a copy of the original frames before using this LAB.

The graphic operations can be applied one at a time If you have to apply more than one operation on the same frame you’ll have to repeat the action.
