(Left/Right equality)
To activate this control from the menu "Image" select "Left\Right Equality"
This
control serves
to
balance the brightness between each "side by side" stereo image.
The stereo images coming
from two photographic cameras generally have a different colour tone and
different brightness.
This difference limits the quality of the result both when you create a stereo
pair both when you create an anaglyph.
Before using this function it is advisable to correct any esposure errors. To
correct you can use the
Reconstruction by colours
LAB.
To correct the photographic lens
spherical
aberrations you can use the
Sphere LAB.
The control "L/R Equality"
works automatically and the normal value is set at zero.
To see the result press only the button "Test" and then "OK" if
you accept the changes.
You can make
some small changes using the slider bar but if a satisfactory result is not
achieved it is possible that the images are not of sufficient quality to produce
a good stereo image.
The default uses the data value contained in the left image. To modify the source image click on check button "right image".
