(Random Jitter and Pixelate)
These controls make unrecognizable the details of a whole image or a part of
image if you work also with "Combine lab".
These controls are also used to create the background for stereograms and
special graphic effects
To activate these controls, from the menu: "Image" select "Artist" and then
"Random Jitter" or "Pixelate".

In the example below the "Random Jitter" effect is applied and then
delimited in a circumscribed area with "Combine Lab".
