3d Gugle may be installed on up to three different
computers so long as the computers all belong to the license holder.
This license allows the use of images made with 3D Gugle to be used
without restrictions for goods and services offered by the license
holder or for the benefit of third parties.
4) Education
The license "Education Edition"
("Academic Edition" or "AE") is the same as the license for"Personal
Use". (above)
The license is intended for students and for teachers

License Agreement With The
End user for the software
The current License agreement
with the End user is a contract between the user (an individual or
organisation) and the producer of the software.
WHEN INSTALLING, DUPLICATING
OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, THE USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE
CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT. IF THE USER DOES NOT ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS
OF THIS CONTRACT, HE IS NOT PERMITTED TO USE OR DUPLICATE THE
SOFTWARE
LICENSE CONCESSIONS
The Producer grants the following rights to the user:
INSTALLATION AND USE
Unless specified in the single-user license, the user can install, share
and visualise simultaneously only one copy of the software,
The user can only transfer all the rights of the current contract as
part of a 'condition of sale' that does not retain any copy of the
Software.
If the Software is an update,
any transfer will also have to include all the preceding versions of the
Software.
It is possible to transfer a license only if the end user has accepted
all the conditions of the current Contract.
BACKUP COPY
THE USER CAN ONLY CREATE A SINGLE BACKUP COPY OF THE SOFTWARE. THE USER
CAN USE ONE (1) COPY OF THE BACKUP EXCLUSIVELY AS A FILE COPY FOR
REINSTALLING THE SOFTWARE ON THE COMPUTER.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN
THE CURRENT CONTRACT OR BY LOCAL LAW, THE USER CANNOT CREATE OTHERS
SOFTWARE COPIES, CANNOT LEND, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THE CD BACKUP COPY
TO OTHER USERS.
RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
RIGHTS.
The Producer and its suppliers are the holders of the copyright name and
of other intellectual-property rights inherent to the Software.
The Software is not sold, it
is only licensed.
RESTRICTIONS ON DECODING,
DECOMPILING AND DISASSEMBLING.
The consumer cannot decode, decompile or disassemble the Software.
PROHIBITION OF SERVICES
HOSTING.
The consumer cannot make any type of direct or indirect hosting
TRADEMARKS
The current contract does not grant any trademarks of the GUG SOft group
and its suppliers
SOFTWARE ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The current contract also applies to any updates, component additions,
component add-ons, product-support services or Internet-based software
services that the software producer or his associates could furnish or
make available to the user.
EDUCATION EDITION
If the Software is identified as "Education Edition" ("Academic Edition"
or "AE"), the user, to use it will have to be a "Qualified Educational
User"

THE GUARANTEE
The Software is intended and offered for general use, it is not intended
or offered for a user's specific requirements. The user accepts that the
software is exempt from any errors that may be caused and acknowledges
he has been informed of the necessity to "backup" files.
LIMITS OF RESPONSBILITY
The Producer and his suppliers will not be responsible for damage of any
type derived from the use of the software
USER's RIGHTS
The software has a period of free use for evaluation and Testing
that is longer than that specified by international law
Once the User's password has
been provided, it will not be possible to claim a refund.
The software may be installed on
up to two different computers so long as all belong to the licensee.
The Business License permits
the use of still and/or moving images and film for promotional and
advertising purposes for goods and services offered by the licensee.
For example, it is
permissible to make flyers and ad copy so long as the products or
services advertised are manufactured by the same license-holding company
promoting the goods or services.
